Ingredients
π wild shrimp
π zucchini spirals
π 1/2 cup chopped onion
π 1 tbsp minced garlic
π 1 tbsp olive oil
π 1/2 of a lemon
π 1/3 cup white wine
π 1/4 cup chopped parsley
π 2 tbsp ghee butter
Directions
–Heat olive oil, ghee, and minced garlic on a pan then add the onion and sautΓ©.
–After two mins, pour in the wine and simmer for another 5 ish mins.
–Next add the shrimp (thaw them out first), and cook for 3 minutes each side.
–In a separate pan, remove the zucchini spirals from packaging and cover with a lid.
–Cook for 7-9 min. Once done, add half of the spirals to the pan with the onion, sprinkle in the parsley & juice from 1/2 a lemon then mix it all together.
–Sprinkle sea salt over everything.
