Ingredients
For the bread
π 260g yoghurt
π 250g gluten free self raising flour
π 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
π 1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder (optional)
π 1/2 tsp salt
For Garlic Topping
π 3 tbsp garlic-infused oil
π 60g butter (dairy free if necessary), room temp
π 2 tbsp fresh parsley , finely chopped
π salt and pepper
Directions
–Preheat your oven to 200C Fan / 220C.
–Mix together your garlic topping in a bowl .
–Mix it together so it’s nicely combined and put to one side for later.
–Add all your bread ingredients into a bowl and mix together.you can just do this with a spatula and then as it starts to come together.
–Knead the dough briefly so it’s smooth and combined (you might need a little flour if it’s a bit sticky, it shouldn’t be)
–Cut the dough into 4-5 pieces.
–On a lightly floured surface use a rolling pin to roll out your dough.
